3D Viewer

A browser viewer for 3D model files at embedhub.com/tools/3DViewer. Useful for previewing case designs, mechanical mockups, or PCB renders without opening a CAD tool.

.glb, .gltf, .stl, .obj

How it works​

Pick an org/project. The viewer lists matching files from the project's releases/ folder. Click a file to load it.

  • Orbit, pan and zoom with the mouse or touch. Each scroll step moves the same share of the distance to the model, so zoom stays steady from the full view down to a fraction of a millimetre.
  • Named views: top, bottom, front, back, left and right, plus Fit to frame the whole model again.
  • Light presets for different surfaces.
  • Size and scale: the model's overall dimensions in millimetres, and a scale bar that follows the zoom, down to 0.1 mm.

The 3D models generated by the PCB Viewer load here too if you save them to the project.
